Introduction to Manual Handling
This course is suitable for all staff who may be called upon to undertake Manual Handling in the course of their duties.
It will approximately take 2 hours and upon successful completion of the session you will be able to undertake a questionnaire and certificate yourself.
At the end of the training session participants will be able to:

- Employer and Employee regulations
- Understand Moving & Handling legal Framework
- Understand manual handling risk factors and how injuries occur
- How to carry out safe Manual Handling
- Understand risk assessments.
