F A Q - About the Training Day
All course timings are found on the booking receipt emailed after the purchase of the course. Please check your email for all these details.
Most of our courses are held in our training room in 1st Floor, Thames House, Waterside Drive, Langley Berkshire, SL3 6EZ.
We will provide all the learning materials and stationery. Please feel free to bring some snacks and a packed lunch with you for the day.
There is ample parking in the centre. Delegates attending can use the parking reserved for Thames House on the right hand side of the building.
The system will automatically send you an email confirming the booking. Please check your spam or junk folder. If despite this, please contact one of our member of the team and we will be glad to assist you.

We accept Visa Debit, Credit Cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay as our agreed payment methods.
Refunds are only applicable where the learner changes their mind and gives us a cancellation notice 24 hours before the commencement of a course.
F A Q - About our Courses
Most employers require all potential staff to undertake mandatory courses yearly. These differ from employer to employer . Please check with your employer which courses are most suitable for you. We however recommend all new staff to the Health & Social care industry to undertake the Care Certificate. This provides you with most of the necessary basic skills required to begin your health and social care career.
The 1 Day course takes 1 Day from 09.15am till 6.30pm. The 2 Day course takes 2 Days from 09.15am till 6.30pm while the Care Certificate takes 3 Days.
All our courses are CPD (Continuous Professional Development ) accredited and count towards your professional development. CPD points will be indicated on the certificates issued.
We offer various courses for new starters to the Health& Social Care Industry. These range from the 1 Day Mandatory Course, The 2 Day Care Course and the 3 Day Care Certificate. We will be looking to launch NVQ Diplomas soon
The Care Certificate is a recognised qualification that can assist all individuals undertaking it to progress on to NVQ’S and or access course to nursing.
F A Q - How to purchase courses
To purchase your course, decide on the course you would like to do. Decide if you want to learn remotely or attendance in person.
Classroom – Select Face to Face courses – Classroom Calendar – Choose your date and click on view details to book.
Virtually – Select Face to Face Course – Virtual Courses Calendar – select your date and view details to book.
Courses can be paid for using any of the major debit or credit cards on our site.
Yes of course, simply input the card holder’s details, but input their username and password at checkout.
You can undertake your course in a classroom setting or remotely from home (Virtually) or do it online (E – Learning). Virtual and classroom courses can be booked in www.coralandreed.co.uk while online courses are purchased on www.coralandreed.com.
F A Q - Certification
Certificates are usually available within 5 working days after the last date of attendance. Please allow ample time for the preparation and posting of the hard copy of the certificate. Kindly let us know where certificates are urgently required and we will try our best to accommodate this.
We are more than happy to make reasonable adjustments to certificates where errors have been made on your certificates. All issues relating to certificates should be emailed to admin@coralandreed.co.uk for assistance.
Replacement copies can be obtained by contacting the administration office at admin@coralandreed.co.uk . Please bear in mind that there is an administration fee chargeable if certificates are to be reprinted and posted.
All our certificates will indicate the length of validity. Check at the bottom of the certificate for specific timescales for each course.
